What the tours buy is the Bath House, not the Spa Dreaming Centre. That second area is for guests aged 16 and over, adds more bathing experiences of its own, and is an extra on the one day that mentions it. The time you get in the water depends on the day: three hours on the day with lunch, four on the day with the bathing boxes, and up to five if you take the entry ticket and drive.
One rule shapes every visit. Once you leave the springs, you cannot go back in on the same booking, so you eat there and stay until the tour's return time.
Because the springs are the one place on the peninsula that sells out, and the one that is hardest to reach without a car. Three things set these days apart.
